Please read this policy carefully before ordering.


1. Return Policy – No General Returns

Krav Maga Store does not accept returns.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Preference or dissatisfaction

  • Items tried on, worn, used, or opened

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Orders refused by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

All sales are considered final, except in the limited cases described in Section 2.


2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

A refund or replacement is possible only if:

  • You received a damaged item, OR

  • You received an incorrect item

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.


3. How to Report a Problem

To report a damaged or incorrect item, email:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Do not return any item unless you receive written confirmation from us.


4. Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable


5. Replacements

If available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items.
Replacement shipping times may vary depending on location.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable under any circumstances:

  • Apparel or uniforms that have been tried on or worn

  • Training equipment that has been used or opened

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


7. Accessibility & Transparency
